Stögersbach is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Schwarzenau in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 69 building areas with 39,924 m² and 59 gardens on 31,937 m² in the cadastral community of Stögersbach , in 1989/1990 there were 78 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 218 and in 2009/2010 there were 93 buildings on 218 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 418 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 110 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 408 hectares and 119 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 405 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 119 hectares. The average soil climate number of Stögersbach is 30.7 (as of 2010).
