Ganz is a place and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Schwarzenau in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 59 building areas with 27,547 m² and 34 gardens on 11,940 m² in the cadastral community Ganz , in 1989/1990 there were 61 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 139 and in 2009/2010 there were 50 buildings on 106 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 323 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 159 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 314 hectares and 165 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 309 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 165 hectares. The average soil climate number of Ganz is 31 (as of 2010).
