Großhaselbach is a village and a cadastral municipality in the Schwarzenau municipality in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 84 building areas with 35,485 m² and 78 gardens on 48,648 m² in the cadastral community Großhaselbach , in 1989/1990 there were 87 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 225 and in 2009/2010 there were 96 buildings on 227 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 329 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 33 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 322 hectares and 39 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 319 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 39 hectares. The average soil climate of Großhaselbach is 32.6 (as of 2010).
