St. Andreas (Hullern)
The Roman Catholic parish church of St. Andreas is a listed church building in Hullern , a district of the city of Haltern am See in the Recklinghausen district ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).
History and architecture
The community was first mentioned as a parish in 1313 . The founders of the church were probably the Lords of Lüdinghausen, after their extinction the bishop had the right of collation .
The current building was built from 1895 to 1897 by the Münster architect Wilhelm Rincklake in a neo-Gothic style.
Two panels with the motifs of the birth of Christ and the hand washing of Pilate are ascribed to the master of Cappenberg, Jan Baegert . They date from the beginning of the 16th century.
Both the Catholic and the Protestant congregations celebrate their services in the church.

The organ was built in 1979 by the organ building company Eule Orgelbau (Bautzen). The instrument has 17 stops on two manuals and a pedal . The actions are mechanical.
