The Church of St. Georg is the Roman Catholic parish church in the Hottorf district of the city of Linnich in the Düren district ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The church is registered under number 33 in the list of monuments of the city of Linnich.

history

The Hottorfer Church was built in 1775 and 1776. However, a church already existed before that, from which some remains of the wall were included. The church was built in baroque forms, but Gothic influences are still present, which can be seen on the windows.

Furnishing

In the church there are three baroque altars ( high altar with two side altars) and windows by the glass painter Josef Strater from 1935.
