The Catholic branch church St. Katharina in Müsch , a local parish in the Ahrweiler district ( Rhineland-Palatinate ), was originally built in 1787. The building at Kapellenstrasse 13 is a protected cultural monument .

The St. Catherine consecrated church is a building from 1787, which was expanded 1972nd The new building was built according to the plans of the Trier architect Peter van Stipelen. The old chapel became the chancel and the attached octagonal construction forms the nave .

Furnishing

The artist Georg Gehring from Adenau , who also created the portal , designed the new altar , which was consecrated by Auxiliary Bishop Alfred Kleinermeilert , who was born in Müsch in 1928 .

The modern stained glass windows were designed by the Trier artist Jakob Schwarzkopf and manufactured by the Binsfeld glass painting company in Trier.
