Sergipe State Championship
The Sergipe State Championship is the football championship of the Sergipe State (Portuguese: Campeonato Sergipano de Futebol ) in Brazil . It has been held annually since 1918 with a few exceptions. The championship was organized in its first years in the Liga Sergipana de Esportes Atléticos , which was replaced in 1926 by the national association of Federação Serginpana de Futebol (FSF).
The record champions are Club Sportivo Sergipe from the state capital Aracaju with 35 titles.
