Stallion Battalion is the third studio album by the German band The BossHoss , released in 2007 . It is the band's first album to feature more original compositions than cover pieces. It is also the band's most commercially unsuccessful album.
General
On Stallion Battalion , after the single Everything Counts / Truck 'n' Roll Rules, Russ T. Rocket on electric guitar and Malcolm Arison on harmonica can be heard for the first time , the latter already on Rodeo Radio on Hell Yeah on second harmonica could be heard.
Hoss Power acted as producer and arranger and was responsible for the recordings; the mixing was done by him together with drummer Sir Frank Doe. As usual, the graphic design was done by Boss Burns.
The release of the album was followed by the "Stallion Battalion Tour" through Central Europe from November 2007 to April 2008.

criticism
- laut.de : “ The Berlin Cowboys keep their annual rhythm when it comes to publications and add to it with 'Stallion Battalion'. Fan complaints will probably not be absent this time, as they are starting to write their own songs more and more. Only occasionally do they push cover versions through the country wolf. "
