Stanislav Lipovšek (born July 10, 1943 in Vojnik ) is a Slovenian clergyman and emeritus Roman Catholic bishop of Celje .
Life
Stanislav Lipovšek was ordained a priest on June 29, 1968 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him Bishop of Celje on March 15, 2010. The Apostolic Nuncio in Macedonia , Bosnia-Herzegovina and Slovenia , Santos Abril y Castelló , donated him episcopal ordination on April 24 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Anton Stres CM , Archbishop of Ljubljana , and Franc Kramberger , Archbishop of Maribor .
Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation on September 18, 2018.
