Stefan Gritsch

Stefan Gritsch (* 1951 in Bern ) is a Swiss artist . He lives and works in Lenzburg and Lucerne .

Live and act

Stefan Gritsch attended the arts and crafts school in Lucerne from 1973 to 1976. This was followed by an assistant at the ETH Zurich in the architecture department with Peter Jenny (1985–1986). From 1986 to 2017 he was professor of painting and drawing at the Lucerne University of Art and Design. He was also a research associate at ETH Zurich in the architecture department (2007–2008).

He also taught as a guest lecturer in 2008 at the Bern University of the Arts (Art Department) and in 2009 at the Free Art Academy in The Hague .
