Stefan Kuna

Stefan Kuna (born August 17, 1976 in Wernigerode ) is a German radio and event presenter . From 2009 to 2018 he was also the stadium announcer for the Bundesliga soccer team Hannover 96 .

Life

Kuna grew up in his hometown Wernigerode.

After graduating from high school in 1995 at the Gerhart-Hauptmann-Gymnasium Wernigerode, Kuna worked from 1997 to 1999 as a volunteer at Radio Brocken in Halle . In 1999 he began studying political and social science at the Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg . From 1999 to 2000 Stefan Kuna worked first as a freelance and later as a permanent presenter and editor at Radio Brocken. In 2000 he moved to radio ffn in Hanover and took on several positions: He moderated the morning, morning and evening shows and many open-air concerts . From April 2004 to August 2017 he was an editorial assistant and presenter at NDR 2 in Hamburg and in September 2017 switched to the same function at NDR 1 Radio MV in Schwerin.

In October 2009, Stefan Kuna succeeded Till Uhlig as stadium announcer for Hannover 96 in a game against FC Bayern Munich . The reason for his decision he named the NDR as a media partner and his sympathy for the Bundesliga club. He ended this activity in May 2018 because he had left NDR 2 as a presenter. During his time as a stadium announcer, he also moderated the NDR 2 fan show.

Kuna is married and has two daughters.
