Stephen Warbeck

Stephen Warbeck (born May 3, 1953 in Southampton , Great Britain ) is a British composer and arranger .

biography

At the age of four he was already taking piano and composition lessons, but wanted to become an actor. He therefore studied theater studies and French at the University of Bristol . It was here that he began writing music for university productions. From 1985 compositions for the Royal Shakespeare Company , for the Royal Court , for the Gate and for the National Theater followed.

In 1990 he started working for television and in 1993 he made his first film music for Femme Fatale . He was also the leader of two bands: Kippers and Metropolitan Water Board .
