The Stettbach is a right tributary of the Modau , which flows on the eastern edge of Trautheim in the Hessian district of Darmstadt-Dieburg .
Geography and course
The Stettbach is a brook in the Vorderen Odenwald in the Bergstrasse-Odenwald Nature Park . Its source is located in a grassland on the northwest edge of the former quarry of Nieder-Ramstadt . It flows through the "Stettbachtal" in a southerly direction. The brook passes under the "Dornwegshöhstraße", the "Kohlbergweg", a commercial area and the "Rheinstraße". The Stettbach flows into the Modau from the right and north at the Bruchmühle .
