Stipe Vučur (born May 22, 1992 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian football player with Croatian roots. The central defender is under contract with Hajduk Split .
Career
Stipe Vučur began his career in 1997 with 1. Salzburger SK 1919 and in 2002 switched to the youth team of SV Austria Salzburg , which was renamed FC Red Bull Salzburg in 2005. In 2010 Vučur went to regional league club SV Seekirchen 1945 . After a year at USK Anif , he moved to FC Lustenau 07 in 2012 , which played in the second highest league . On July 21, 2013 Vučur made his debut in the Austrian Bundesliga wearing the FC Wacker Innsbruck jersey . He scored his first goal on December 4, 2013 against SV Grödig .
In August 2014 Vučur moved to the German second division club FC Erzgebirge Aue and was in the starting line-up in the first game of the season against 1. FC Nürnberg . On November 2, 2014, he scored his first goal in a 1-1 draw against FSV Frankfurt . After Vučur could not hold the class with Aue, he moved to the second division club 1. FC Kaiserslautern on July 1, 2015 . On February 12, 2016, he scored two goals in a competitive game for the first time in a 4-0 away win against SC Paderborn 07 . In the 2017/18 season , Vučur was relegated to the 3rd division with Kaiserslautern . Vučur then signed a three-year contract with Hajduk Split .
