Susan Leigh Rasinski McCaw (* 1962 in Orange County , California ) is an American entrepreneur and diplomat .

Life

Susan Rasinski was born in California in 1962. She completed her studies at elite US universities. She earned a master's degree in business administration from Harvard University after completing her bachelor's degree in economics from Stanford University with Honors.

She is married to Craig McCaw , a billionaire US cellular pioneer , and has three children. Her husband, whose previous marriage was divorced with media coverage, sold his cellphone company McCaw Cellular to AT&T in 1994 for $ 11.5 billion, making him the 125th richest American.

She and her family own a property in Kirkland, Washington .

Entrepreneurship

Susan McCaw was President of COM Investments and Managing Partner of Eagle Creek Capital, both private investment firms in Washington State. Prior to that, she was the executive director of Robertson Stephens & Company, a San Francisco investment bank.
