In 1980 he starred as Gutchel in The Horror Alligator , followed by appearances in the slasher films The Unseen (1980) and Silent Madness (1984).
In addition to his appearances in horror films, Lassick worked in well-known films such as 1941 - Where do you go to Hollywood and Mel Brooks - The crazy story of the world , but only played minor or extras. He had better-known roles outside of the horror genre, including as an American tourist in the short film Monaco Forever in 1984 and as a gopher in the action thriller Beyond the White Line in 1992 . In 2000 Lassick ended his acting career.
Sydney Lassick was unmarried and had no children. In addition to his film career, he worked as a freight forwarder.
