The Tele2 Arena is a football stadium with a closable roof in the Swedish capital Stockholm . A wide variety of events can take place in the arena thanks to the closable roof. The stadium, which opened in July 2013, has a capacity of 30,000 to 33,000 for football matches and 45,000 for concerts. The clubs Djurgårdens IF and Hammarby IF use the stadium as their home ground. It is one of three arenas with which Stockholm applied to host the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 .

In January 2020, the semi-finals and finals (places 1 to 6) of the men's handball European championship 2020 were played there.

Like the multi-purpose halls Ericsson Globe and Hovet, the stadium is located in the Globen City area .
