Telephone number (Slovakia)

The Slovakia uses a closed numbering plan, prefixes beginning with 0. After the zero follows, with the exception of Bratislava, which uses just another number (02), two more digits.

Initially, Slovakia and the Czech Republic , which separated in 1993, continued to use the common international code +42. This did not change until February 28, 1997, the Czech Republic has been using +420, Slovakia +421.
