Thierry Rua Moutinho (born February 26, 1991 in Geneva ) is a Swiss - Portuguese football player who plays on the position of midfielder .
Career
society
Thierry Moutinho played for Étoile Carouge in his youth . In 2007 he was accepted into the first team, which played in the first division. In the 2009/10 season Moutinho moved to the traditional club Servette FC Genève in the Challenge League . In the second season he experienced the promotion to the Super League , but was never really able to assert himself this season and only made five appearances.
In order to gain more match practice, Moutinho was loaned to CD Badajoz in the Spanish 3rd Division for six months . After returning to Servette FC Genève, he was able to play 13 games in the second half of the season and celebrate his first Super League goal. Due to the good performance of the promoted team, they were able to play in the UEFA Europa League qualification the following season. After the second season in the Super League and recent financial problems of the club, the Servette FC Genève rose after the 2012/2013 season. This was the first sporting descent of the club (in 2005 you were relegated). At the beginning of the 2013/14 season in the Challenge League, Moutinho was still struggling with an injury and was only able to intervene in the 7th round. But even in the season in the second-highest league in Switzerland, he could not prevail and remained in the reserve role. In January 2014 he returned to Spain, this time he moved to third division Albacete Balompié , with whom he was promoted to the second division in summer 2014. In 2015 he moved to league competitor RCD Mallorca . In January 2016 he was awarded to the CD Tenerife , again within the league .
National team
Moutinho played for the Swiss and Portuguese junior national teams. The last mission was on June 3, 2011 ( Italy U-20s 1: 1 Portugal U-20s).
