Thomas Brüsemeister

Thomas Brüsemeister (* 1962 ) is a German sociologist .

Life

He obtained his diploma in social sciences in 1992 from the Ruhr University in Bochum . From 1992 to 1994 he worked on the research project of the German Research Foundation "Change in the living environment of a medium-sized town in the social upheaval of the GDR". Cooperation project by Ulfert Herlyn , Fred Staufenbiel , Lothar Bertels . Since September 1, 2008 he has been teaching as a professor of sociology with a focus on socialization and education at the Institute for Sociology at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen .
