Thomas Langmann (born May 24, 1971 in Paris ) is a French director , screenwriter , producer , assistant director and actor .

Life

Langmann is the brother of actor Julien Rassam and the son of producer Claude Berri and Anne Marie Rassams. In addition to acting (he already had a few film roles as a child), he began working as a producer for his father. Then he started his own production company La Petite Reine (the name refers to Renn Productions , his father's company). In 2009 he was a co-recipient of the Prix ​​Daniel Toscan du Plantier .

In 2012 he received for the production of The Artist the Oscar in the category Best Film .
