Veterinarian Dr. Engel is a television series in co-production by ZDF and SF DRS . The family story takes place in the Berchtesgadener Land .
action
The series is about the shrewd, traditional Bavarian and unconventional veterinarian Quirin Engel, his wife Angelika Engel, pharmacist and mother of Sebastian and Anja, Quirin's mother-in-law, Gerlinde Schneider, who helps with the household, the organic farmer Ulrich Hallhuber, who temporarily lives with Bettina von Karlshagen is in a relationship, as well as Quirin's illegitimate son, Jan Krämer, who was kept secret from Quirin for years.
