Veronika Fitz
Veronika Fitz (born March 28, 1936 in Dießen am Ammersee ; † January 2, 2020 in Bad Aibling ) was a German folk actress who was best known for the title role in the Bavarian television series Die Hausmeisterin .
Life
Training and theater work
Veronika Fitz came from the well-known actor family Fitz : She was the daughter of playwright Hans Fitz and the opera singer Ilse Fitz , sister of Walter Fitz and Gerd Fitz and the aunt of Lisa Fitz and Michael Fitz . Often, March 27th is incorrectly stated as her birthday. She grew up in Dießen am Ammersee . Fitz completed an apprenticeship at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich and performed at the Munich Volkstheater as well as at the Burgtheater Vienna and in the 1970s at the Münchner Kammerspiele , where she worked with Siegfried Lowitz , among others . Further stations in her career were the Bavarian State Theater , the largest theater in Munich, and the Schaubühne on Halleschen Ufer and the Schaubühne on Lehniner Platz in Berlin.

Fitz, who had her first minor role in the 1956 film Die Geierwally - with Barbara Rütting in the title role - and was also cast in a small role in the film comedies Das Wirtshaus im Spessart (1958) and The Spooky Castle in Spessart (1960) , was seen in numerous films and television series from the 1950s, including Der Komödienstadel (from 1962), Funkstreife Isar 12 (1961 + 1962) with Wilmut Borell and Karl Tischlinger , Royal Bavarian District Court (1969–1971 as waiter Ziska Neudecker) with Hans Baur and Georg Blädel , Police Inspectorate 1 (1977–1986), The Millionaire Farmer (1979/80 and 1988), Irgendwie und Sowieso (1986) and Der Bulle von Tölz (1996 and 2002).
In the 1967 television film This Platonov ... based on a template by Anton Chekhov , she was cast as Katja. The play takes place in a neglected area in the Russian province. In the 1982 television series Zeit Enough , Fitz was seen in all six episodes in the role of a mother. Between 1983 and 1985, nine episodes of the family series Our Most Beautiful Years were on the program. Veronika Fitz could be seen as Traudel Dirscherl, her husband Herbert played Helmut Fischer. The other leading roles were occupied by Elmar Wepper and Uschi Glas . Veronika Fitz's big breakthrough came alongside Helmut Fischer and Ilse Neubauer in the TV series Die Hausmeisterin (1987-1992) in the title role of Martha Haslbeck. In 47 episodes of the crime television series Ein Bayer auf Rügen , which was broadcast from 1993 to 1997 , Fitz played Agnes Oberauer in a leading role alongside Wolfgang Fierek and Simone Thomalla . This was followed in 1997 by 16 episodes of the doctor series Frauenarzt Dr. Markus Merthin , in which Fitz acted alongside the title character played by Sascha Hehn as Martha Ruckhaberle. In the dramatic four-part television series Im Tal des Schweigens with Christine Neubauer , Sascha Hehn and Timothy Peach, which was broadcast from 2004 to 2008 , Fitz was cast as the far-sighted mother Zensi of the farmer Anna Christeiner, embodied by Christine Neubauer, who speaks out strictly against ruthless mass tourism. From 2007 to 2013 she was in the ZDF family series Forsthaus Falkenau , in which her brother Gerd and his son Michael had already participated, as the landlady of Marianne Rainders, the childhood sweetheart of Martin Lüttge 's father Wolfgang des von Hardy Krüger junior played forester Stefan Leitner.
Private
Veronika Fitz was married to the actor Willi Anders until his death in 1971 ; their daughter Ariela Bogenberger works as a screenwriter. Later she was in a relationship with the actor Gerhard Zemann for nine years . The actress lived with her daughter in Prien am Chiemsee . She died in Bad Aibling at the age of 83 after a long and serious illness .
