Timothée Bodika Mansiyai

Timothée Bodika Mansiyai PSS (born January 1, 1962 in Léopoldville, today Kinshasa ) is a Congolese religious and Roman Catholic bishop of Kikwit .

Life

Timothée Bodika Mansiyai was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Kinshasa on August 1, 1990 . He joined the Sulpizian religious order and made his profession in 1993 . Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on February 2, 2012 titular bishop of Naiera and auxiliary bishop in Kinshasa .

The Archbishop of Kinshasa, Laurent Cardinal Monsengwo Pasinya , donated him episcopal ordination on April 15 of the same year; Co- consecrators were José Moko Ekanga PSS, Bishop of Idiofa , and Philippe Nkiere Keana C.ICM , Bishop of Inongo .

Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Kikwit on November 19, 2016. The inauguration took place on December 4th of the same year.
