Maria Christina Aumont (born February 14, 1946 in Hollywood , Los Angeles , California - † October 28, 2006 in Port-Vendres , Pyrénées-Orientales ) was a French actress .

Life

Her parents were the actors María Montez and Jean-Pierre Aumont . She was married to the French director and actor Christian Marquand from 1963 to 2000 , so she also appeared under the name Tina Marquand . Her uncle was the director and screenwriter François Villiers . She died of a pulmonary embolism at the age of 60 . The funeral took place at the Cimetière du Montparnasse in Paris .

Aumont's portrayals were mostly of innocent looking women leading to ruin. After her debut in Modesty Blaise , she mainly appeared in Italian films, which is why she lived in Rome for some time.
