Tina Voss (born November 27, 1969 in Gittelde near Seesen am Harz ) is a German business economist , industrial clerk , temporary employment contractor and honorary consul of Norway . As a writer , she made her debut in 2014 with a novel in which her pug plays the lead role.

Life

Tina Voss completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and then completed further training as a business economist with a focus on finance and investment accounting . She came into contact with human resources “by chance” when she was in her early twenties and accepted a management position as a personnel dispatcher in a temporary employment agency.

In 1996 Tina Voß went freelance and founded Tina Voss Zeitarbeit GmbH together with a partner . Already in the year of the Expo 2000 she was the market leader in the Hanover region with her company , moved into her own office space in the historic Pelikanviertel in Hanover the following year and founded the commercial subsidiary Tina Voß Industrie GmbH in 2003 . In the same year she signed an in-house collective bargaining agreement with the service union ver.di , and has been paying the minimum wage since 2008. Ver.di rated their company as a company in the temporary employment sector "that differs from many others in a remarkably positive way". In 2009 she founded the Tina Voss Foundation, which supports projects in the areas of youth, culture and social affairs in the Hanover region. Tina Voss is the deputy president of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Hannover .

The entrepreneur has appeared on TV talk shows on the subject of the world of work several times.

On July 11, 2017, Voss was introduced to her office as Honorary Consul of Norway in the presence of Christian Hinsch from the Hanover Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Norwegian Ambassador Elisabeth Walaas .

Since January 2019 she has appeared with Dietmar Wischmeyer in the show Wischmeyers Stundenhotel auf Bremen Zwei , in which everyday topics and everyday philosophical issues are satirically treated.
