Titular diocese of Cydonia

The diocese of Cydonia (also Kydonia , Italian diocesi di Cidonia , Latin Dioecesis Cydoniensis ) was a titular diocese of the Roman Catholic Church .

The bishopric was in the ancient Greek city-state of Kydonia on the Greek island of Crete, where Chania is now . The diocese and later titular diocese existed since 923 and was founded in 1932 by Pope Pius XI. dissolved.
