Titular Archdiocese of Velebusdus
Velebusdus , ( Bulgarian Welbaschd ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
After the Christianization of the Bulgarian Empire, Welbaschd became the seat of an archbishop of the Bulgarian Church . Since 1953 it has been assigned as the titular archbishop's seat of the Roman Catholic Church.
From 1989 to 2016 the seat of the titular archbishop of Velebusdus was vacant.
