That in Italy located Archdiocese of Campobasso-Boiano ( lat. : Archidioecesis Campobassensis-Boianensis , ital. : Arcidiocesi di Campobasso-Bojano ) is an Archdiocese of the Roman Catholic Church in Italy, based in Campobasso .

The diocese of Boiano was founded in the 11th century and was a suffragan of Benevento . On June 29, 1927, the Boiano diocese changed its name to Boiano-Campobasso and as such became an archbishopric with three suffragan dioceses on February 11, 1973 . On February 27, 1982 the seat of the archbishop was finally moved to Campobasso, so that the name is now Archdiocese of Campobasso-Boiano .
