The diocese of Termoli-Larino ( Latin : Dioecesis Thermularum-Larinensis , Italian : Diocesi di Termilo-Larino ) located in Italy is a diocese of the Roman Catholic Church with its seat in Termoli .

In the 10th century the diocese of Termoli was founded and belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Campobasso-Boiano .

On September 30, 1986, the Diocese of Larino was united with him.
