The Roman Catholic Diocese of Teramo-Atri ( Latin Dioecesis Aprutina seu seu Teramensis-Hatriensis Atriensis , Italian Diocese of Teramo-Atri ) is in Italy located diocese of the Roman Catholic Church , based in Teramo .

It was built in the 5th century and was originally called Teramo. After it had received the territory of the former diocese of Atri from the diocese of Penne on July 1, 1949 , it was called Teramo e Atri.

Since March 2, 1982 it belongs to the ecclesiastical province of Pescara-Penne .
