The diocese of Isernia-Venafro ( Latin : Dioecesis Aeserniensis-Venafrensis , Italian : Diocesi di Isernia-Venafro ) is a diocese of the Roman Catholic Church in Italy with its seat in Isernia .
The diocese of Isernia was founded in the 5th century and merged with the diocese of Venafro on June 19, 1852 to form the diocese of Isernia-Venafro. It belongs to the ecclesiastical province of Boiano-Campobasso .
