Tony Ras (born February 23, 1994 in The Hague ) is a Dutch ice hockey player who was most recently under contract with HYS The Hague in the ice hockey Eredivisie .
Career
Tony Ras started his career in the school league at Krefeld EV in 1981 . In the 2009/10 season he went on the ice for the Eindhoven High Techs in the Eerste Divisie , the second Dutch ice hockey league . He then returned to Germany and was active for the Cologne EC in the German junior league.
International
Tony Ras represented his home country at several Junior World Championships, the U18 Junior World Championship 2011 (Div. II) and 2012 (Div. II-A) as well as the U20 Junior World Championship 2011 (Div. II) , 2012 (Div. II- A) , 2013 (Div. II-A) and 2014 (Div. II-A) . He was the captain of his team in both of the U18 world championships, and in the 2013 U20 Junior World Championship he was top scorer and best assisting division II-A.
