Tracy Vilar

Tracy Vilar (born April 12, 1968 in New York City ) is an American actress .

Life and accomplishments

Vilar was fascinated by acting as a child, while trying to combat that fascination. She later took on some film-related jobs such as casting assistant, camera assistant and cloakroom worker. Finding these pursuits unsatisfactory, she decided to try acting and quickly give it up. She made her debut alongside Giancarlo Esposito and Samuel L. Jackson in a small supporting role in the thriller Fresh from the year 1994. In order to participate in the Steve Harvey Show in 1996-1997 it was in 1996 for the NCLR Bravo Award and 1998 nominated for the ALMA Award . In 1998 she received the Margo Albert Award as Most Promising Actress (Most Promising Actress) .

Vilar starred in the drama K-PAX (2001) opposite Kevin Spacey and Jeff Bridges . In the comedy Voll Frontal (2003) by Steven Soderbergh , she starred alongside David Duchovny , Catherine Keener and Julia Roberts . She played one of the main roles in the 2006 television series Saved .
