Tralee ( Irish Trá Lí . "Beach of the (River) Lí") is the capital of County Kerry in the southwest of the Republic of Ireland .

Tralee is home to the headquarters of the Kerry Group , an international company primarily in the food production sector, as well as a large hospital for most of the area including the Dingle Peninsula .

Tralee Railway Station is the terminus of a route from Dublin . It is also the most westerly in Europe .
18km southeast is Kerry International Airport with a bus service to Tralee. Tralee is connected to the national bus network of Bus Éireann .
Culture
The city is particularly famous for the “ Rose of Tralee ” festival and around eighty pubs . Another highlight is the Kerry County Museum in Ashe Memorial Hall, as well as the Siamsa Tíre National Folklore Theater .
From Tralee you can get to the Dingle Peninsula and the Ring of Kerry with the Killarney National Park .
