Tremors 3 - The New Brut (Original title: Tremors - Back to Perfection ) is the second sequel to Tremors - In the land of rocket worms from 1990. Brent Maddock shot the B-movie in 2001 as a direct-to-DVD production .

It's been eleven years since the monster worms terrified the desert coffee perfection . Burt Gummer comes back to Perfection after a "mission" , which has meanwhile become a tourist attraction. A young man named Jack Sawyer, called Desert Jack, leads tourists to the locations of the Graboid attacks from the first part, but with the help of a partner he rips the tourists off with mock attacks. But when "real" Graboiden (of English. To grave , grab 'with respect to their gripping tentacles) resurface, Mindy, can escape Jack and the tourists only narrowly.
Burt Gummer is already preparing his weapons for battle. As soon as Burt, Jack and Miguel wanted to go hunting, they were told by two government agents and a paleontologist not to go hunting for Graboids. But when the giant worms still to Gleitfliegern - so-called ass bangers ( Ass Blaster ) - continue to develop, must Burt Gummer apply new tactics to protect the people. While he is fighting the ass crackers with Jack, Miguel and Jodi , Nancy and Mindy, who are left behind in perfection , can even catch one alive. But even after supposedly all the ass crackers have been destroyed, the danger is still not over. The big old albino rocket worm El Blanco ("The White One") attacks and an overlooked ass popper appears, so the three remaining protagonists seem to be trapped , but El Blanco mistakenly eats the ass popper and disappears.
The ass cracker caught alive is now being auctioned by telephone - most recently to Siegfried and Roy. Jack and Jodi maintain their newly recognized friendship with each other and Burt continues to hunt for El Blanco, whom he does not want to kill, but only fights him in a sporting duel. Because as long as there is still a worm, Melvin Plug cannot build a real estate project in the area around Perfection and the tranquility of the small desert village is preserved.
