The Tower Hill Aiterbach is an Outbound medieval motte (moth) about 400 meters southeast of the Church of Aiterbach , in the municipality of Allershausen in the district of Freising in Bavaria .
During the 15th century the castle was the seat of the Massenhausers .
Joseph Adolph Freiherr von Hörwath , the owner of Hofmark Aiterbach, had the castle demolished and built Aiterbach Castle in the village .
The tower hill of the former Mottenalage is still preserved and the castle wall is recognizable.
