The gymnastics association Alemanno-Palatia Erlangen-Nürnberg is a student union at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg in the CC . history
The Alemanno-Palatia gymnastics association has its roots in the Pharmaceutical-Natural Science Association in Jena founded in 1843, the Palatia gymnastics association in Erlangen founded in 1885, the Academic-Bridal Technical Association in Berlin (1906), the Free Burschenschaft Unitas Bavaria (1921) and the Teutonia student association to Nuremberg. On June 24, 2005, the merger of the previously mentioned student associations, the Turnerschaft Normanno-Palatia in the CC in Erlangen (1952) and the Alemanno-Bavaria team in the CC in Nuremberg (November 2, 1968) merged.
