Two hearts

Two Hearts is a song by Phil Collins from 1988 and is part of the soundtrack to the film Buster from the same year in which Phil Collins plays the main character of Buster Edwards .

Creation and publication

The song was written by Lamont Dozier (from Holland – Dozier – Holland ) and produced by Phil Collins and Hugh Padgham . Two music videos were made for the song : one in which Collins can be seen with a band and one in which he fights the wrestler Warrior .

The B-side of the single contains The Robbery by Anne Dudley , which is also part of the soundtrack for Buster .

Awards

Two Hearts won with Let the River Run by Carly Simon the Golden Globe Awards in 1989 for Best Original Song . In the same year there was also an Oscar nomination in the category Best Song .
