Ubald Langlois
Ubald Langlois OMI (born January 24, 1887 in Bourget , Ontario , Canada , † September 18, 1953 ) was a Canadian religious and Roman Catholic Vicar Apostolic of Grouard .
Life
Ubald Langlois joined the Congregation of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate in and received on 6 June 1914, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On March 30, 1938, Pope Pius XI appointed him . as Titular Bishop of Risinium and Vicar Apostolic of Grouard. The Archbishop of Québec , Cardinal Jean-Marie-Rodrigue Villeneuve OMI, ordained him episcopal on June 20 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Vicar Apostolic of Mackenzie , Gabriel Breynat OMI, and the Bishop of Gravelbourg , Joseph-Wilfrid Guy OMI.
