Ulrich Noll

Ulrich Noll (born January 11, 1946 in Börstingen ; † July 12, 2011 in Aichtal ) was a German dentist and politician ( FDP ), as such from 1996 to 2011 a member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg . There he was chairman of the FDP / DVP parliamentary group until June 16, 2009 .

Life

After attending elementary school in Börstingen , Ulrich Noll went to high school in Rottenburg am Neckar and Rottweil and graduated from high school in Tübingen. From 1965 to 1969, he earned a degree in psychology and from 1969 to 1974 to study dentistry with state examination and approval for Dr. med. dent .

After two years as an assistant, he set up his own practice in Filderstadt from 1977 to 1988 . From 1988 to 1990 he worked as a youth dentist for the city of Stuttgart . From 1990 to June 30, 2006, he worked in his own practice again, most recently as a group practice in Leinfelden-Echterdingen .

On July 12, 2011, he died of the nervous disease ALS .

politics

Noll was a local councilor in Filderstadt from 1994 to 1998 and a regional councilor in the Stuttgart Region Association from 1999 to 2004 .

Since April 16, 1996, Noll was a member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg. From 2001 to 2004 he was deputy chairman of the FDP / DVP parliamentary group. From 2004 to 2009 he was chairman of the FDP / DVP parliamentary group in the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg.

On June 16, 2009, Hans-Ulrich Rülke , member of the FDP state parliament, was elected as his successor . He was no longer a member of the Landtag elected in 2011.
