Ulrichs is a village and a cadastral municipality of the community of Unserfrau-Altweitra in the Gmünd district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 23 building areas with 15,685 m² and 23 gardens on 9,504 m² in the cadastral community of Ulrichs and at the turn of the year 1989/1990 there were also 23 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 98 and in 2009/2010 there were 44 buildings on 88 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 214 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 232 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 201 hectares and 244 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 199 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 244 hectares. The average soil climate number of Ulrichs is 24.3 (as of 2010).
