The Administrative Enforcement Act (APA) governs for the authorities of the Federal whose possibility of forcibly enforcing its own administrative acts . Authorities do not need prior sanctioning by an independent court to enforce their administrative acts , but can enforce their claims independently by virtue of their office.

The enforcement acts are only subjected to judicial review when an appeal is lodged . Are administrative acts of a federal agency in the way of assistance from a state or local authority to enforce, the administrative enforcement of laws of the countries apply.

State legal regulations

The federal states have each enacted their own administrative enforcement laws. These regulations apply to enforcement by state and local authorities . The regulations of the federal states are also to be applied if an administrative act of the federal government is to be enforced by way of administrative assistance by a state or local authority.
