The administrative association Limbach-Oberfrohna is an administrative association in the Free State of Saxony . It is located in the northeast of the Zwickau district about 10 km northwest of Chemnitz . In terms of landscape, the community area is between the valleys of the Zwickauer Mulde and Chemnitz rivers on both sides of the Frohnbach. To the north of the administrative community (municipality of Mühlau) runs the extended federal motorway 72 with the junctions Chemnitz-Röhrsdorf , Hartmannsdorf and Niederfrohna as well as the federal highway 95 . The community area can also be reached via the connections Chemnitz-Mitte , Limbach-Oberfrohna and Wüstenbrand on the A 4 running south .
