The Minden Administrative Court , a court of administrative jurisdiction , is one of seven administrative courts in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia .

Seat and District of the Court

The administrative court (VG) has its seat in the East Westphalian city ​​of Minden in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The judicial district covers the area of ​​the Detmold administrative district , which consists of the independent city of Bielefeld and the districts of Gütersloh , Herford , Höxter , Lippe , Minden-Lübbecke and Paderborn . The judicial district thus covers the old administrative district of Minden , which existed from 1815 to 1945, and the Lippe region that was added after 1945 .

The court resides together with the Minden Labor Court and the Minden District Court in the court center at Königswall 8 in Minden.

President

Klaus Peter Frenzen has been President of the Minden Administrative Court since June 1, 2007. Vice-President is Hans-Jörg Korte.
