The Veude is a tributary of the Vienne that runs through the Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Center-Val de Loire regions of France .
In the same canton of Chinon as them, a noticeably smaller Veude flows into the Indre .

It rises in the municipality of Thuré , generally drains north to northwest, reaches the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Nature Park and flows 42 kilometers from the left into the Vienne at Rivière . On its way, the Veude crosses the Vienne and Indre-et-Loire departments .
