In front of the risalit is a terrace with a pillar-supported veranda-like arbor with a balustrade . A double flight of stairs leads from the terrace into the garden. On the left edge of the building is a three-storey, rectangular tower angled at 45 ° with a baroque helmet . The upper floor of the tower is designed as a loggia with strong columns . In the right side view there is a massive porch porch, the house entrance on the back of the building goes through another risalit.

The plastered building, built on a natural stone base, is structured by cornices and pilaster strips . The mostly rectangular, but also partly arched windows are framed by sandstone walls. In the main view there are straight roofs on the upper floor and segmental arch roofs on the ground floor.

history

Tomb by the sculptor Ebe for his father-in-law Kleinecke, today in the former property

The builder and architect Edmund Hacault from Klotzsche built a house and ancillary building for the property owner Henry Bernhard Dirks between summer 1894 and November 1895. In 1929 a roof was built for a studio , and in 1933 a veranda was added. In 1963 the attic was expanded further.

In 1920, the Berlin wine wholesaler and patron Fritz Kleinecke (1859-1931) moved with his family to Mohrenstrasse 14/16 in Lößnitz . The sculptor Burkhart Ebe (1881–1949), son-in-law and later adopted son, set up a studio workshop below the villa on Mohrenstrasse (No. 16), where he worked until the end of his life. Among other things, he created the tomb for his father-in-law there in 1931/1932 , which was placed in the Radebeul-West cemetery and was transferred to the property when the grave was closed in 1994.
