Villotran is a commune Déléguée in the French commune of Les Hauts Talican with 276 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France .
The municipality of Villotran merged with La Neuville-Garnier and Beaumont-les-Nonains on January 1, 2019 to form the Commune nouvelle Les Hauts Talican. Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Villotran belonged to the Arrondissement of Beauvais and was part of the Communauté de communes des Sablons and the canton of Chaumont-en-Vexin .

The Commune déléguée is located in the Pays de Bray south-southeast of Auneuil . It is bounded in the north by an elevation that extends from Cuigy-en-Bray to Berneuil-en-Bray .
