Vivien Beil (born December 12, 1995 in Jena ) is a German soccer player .

Career

society

Beil began her active career in the G-youth of the male juniors of the FC Carl Zeiss Jena and joined the FF USV Jena in 2008 . Vivien Beil was named Talent of the Year by the City of Jena in 2010. In the summer of 2011, she was moved up to the Bundesliga squad of FF USV Jena as a B-Junior and scored her first competitive goal on her debut in the DFB Cup against Tennis Borussia Berlin . On August 21, 2011, she made her Bundesliga debut in the 3-0 defeat in the home game against VfL Wolfsburg , when she played for Sylvia Arnold in the 65th minute . She scored her first goal in the Bundesliga on May 20, 2012 (21st matchday) in the 3-2 away defeat against Bayer 04 Leverkusen with the goal to make it 1-0. On July 19, 2012, Beil signed her first professional contract with FF USV Jena, which ran until June 30, 2013.

On April 26, 2015, Beil was bid farewell to the FF USV Jena. She will continue her career at the US University of Maine , where she is studying medicine in addition to playing soccer. On August 14, 2015, Beil made her debut with the Black Bears and at the same time was able to celebrate her debut with her new team with a free kick goal from around 20 meters. After 2 years at the University of Maine and part of the Black Bears Women Soccer Team, she joined the Connecticut Huskies, the UConn Athletic Team . In addition, Beil played half a year of 2019 for Connecticut Fusion, in United Women's Soccer , before moving to Serie B to SSD Napoli Femminile in Italy in January 2020 . After she only made two appearances for Naples due to the interruption of the league in the wake of the corona pandemic , Beil signed on July 8, 2020 in San Marino for the Serie A promoted San Marino Academy .

National team

Beil has been part of the German women's U-16 national team since 2010. She made her debut in the national jersey on May 11, 2011 in Tamai, Italy in a 2-0 victory over Italy; her first international goal she achieved in her second international match in Äänekoski , Finland in a 1-1 draw against Iceland in the Nordic Cup .

On October 7, 2011, she was appointed to the women's U-17 squad for the first time. On October 18, 2011, she crowned her debut in a 2-1 win in Duisburg over the selection of the Netherlands with her first international goal, the decisive 2-0 in the 16th minute. At the U-17 European Championship in 2012 Vivien Beil won the title with the German selection. She prepared the 1-1 equalizer for Pauline Bremer in the final against France . In September 2012 she was appointed to the German squad for the U-17 World Cup in Azerbaijan by trainer Anouschka Bernhard . She took the lead in the first game of the tournament on September 23, 2012 in a 2-1 win against Ghana. She has been a member of the German U-19 national soccer team for women since autumn 2012 and played four international matches for the team by September 2013.

During her time, Beil attended the GuthsMuths Sports High School in Jena in addition to her football career . In addition, in 2010 she was accompanied by the children's channel in the series “KI.KA LIVE - A Case for Jess”, which traced her path to becoming a professional footballer in the documentary.
