The Gmina wiejska Włocławek  is a rural municipality  in the Polish Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship  and Powiat Włocławski  . The seat of the rural community is the city of Włocławek  ( German   Leslau  ), which belongs to neither the district nor the municipality. The Gmina has an area of 220 km² and 7262 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2019).

 geography The rural community is located in the south of the city of Włocławek. Its northeast border is formed by the river Vistula  (Wisła).

 The Włocławek-Kruszyn airfield  (ICAO code: EPWK) operated by the Włocławski Aeroklub  is located in the rural community near Nowa Wieś . The course has two grass slopes of 1000 and 600 m in length. It is planned to use this for small passenger and cargo aircraft in the future.
